Kelly McMenamin
Chief Problem Solver
Kelly has always had innate talents in organization, style, and common sense. She is also the person that friends call to help them rearrange furniture and hang paintings. She has the knack. Prior to co-founding PixiesDidIt!™ with her sister, Kelly was a financial analyst, cutting her teeth at The Federal Reserve Bank in New York, and then taking a break in New Hampshire to earn an M.B.A. from the Tuck School at Dartmouth. She helped makes tons of money for other people in New York City’s business trenches and then gave it all up to help other people make their closets and homes actually functional. Kelly resides in Manhattan but originally hales from Cleveland, Ohio, and is of course, a diehard Browns fan. She also holds a B.A. in Economic History from Barnard College.
Katie McMenamin
Chief Visionary
Katie has always been a dreamer and while this comes in handy as a novelist and a mom, it has enabled her to see her home as it could be instead of how it really was — a mess. With the push of her sister, she has finally been able to realize her dreams and put to use the tons of organizational ideas and products cluttering up her mind and her den! Like Kelly, she loves helping people and has a great creative eye and is intuitive where Kelly is sensible. She holds a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College and an M.F.A. from the Creative Writing Program at New York University and lives down the street from her sister.
