How It Works

This works if you accept who you are. Not your best you, or the "wish I was" you, but your average everyday you. Yes, we know it's lovely to be all that you can be, but let's face it, it's hard to sustain day after day, especially with all we have going on.

We can't tell you how frustrating it is to hear naturally organized women apologizing for their obsessive compulsive behavior, or the creative moms who don't invite people over because of their "ragged on the edges" home. No more apologies for who you are. Yes we'd all like more free time or organized homes, but it's time to deal with reality.

Knowing who you are helps you embrace your strengths so you can actually improve (not perfect) your weaknesses. Life should be easy and, yes, this is the way.
